At Yoga with Ashish, we provide yoga services in both online and offline formats. Since our offerings are service-based and do not involve physical products, this policy outlines the details regarding service access, delivery timelines, and how these are managed.
Online Services
1. Service Access: For online classes, access details (such as meeting links or platform credentials) will be sent to the participant’s registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
2. Delivery Method: All online services are delivered through virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or equivalent, and participants must ensure their internet connection is stable for a seamless experience.
3. Confirmation: After completing payment, participants will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the schedule, class access, and relevant instructions.
Offline Services
1. Class Location and Scheduling: Offline yoga sessions are conducted at pre-specified locations. The class schedule, including the venue and time, will be shared with participants via email or WhatsApp once the payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery of Service: Participants need to arrive at the specified location at the scheduled time to partake in the session. Proof of payment may be required for verification upon entry.
General Policies
1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment. Upon confirmation, participants will receive a detailed schedule and necessary information through the registered contact channels.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If there is any need to reschedule or cancel a session, participants will be informed at least 24 hours in advance. Similarly, if participants wish to reschedule, they are encouraged to contact our support team at least 48 hours before the class start time.
3. Refund Policy: As a service-based offering, refunds are generally not provided once the class or session has been attended. Exceptions may be made for valid reasons, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Since our services do not involve the shipment of physical goods, the “shipping” aspect refers to the electronic delivery of online class details or communication for offline class arrangements.
